Return & Exchange Policy
You have 30 calendar days to return or exchange an item from the date you received it.
The following conditions must be met:
- The product must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received.
- Unworn, unwashed, and free of any stains, makeup, deodorant or odors.
- All original tags and labels must be attached.
- Package in the original protective packaging (e.g. polybag)
Items That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged
For health and hygiene reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchange unless they arrive faulty or damaged:
- Underwear and Lingerie
- Swimwear (if the hygiene seal is removed)
- Socks and hosiery
- Pierced earrings and other body jewelry
- Custom-made or personalized items
How to Initiate a Return/Exchange
To make the process as easy as possible, you can initiate a return or exchange request via WhatsApp. Once your request is received, we will initiate the refund process.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, include a copy of your invoice (or order slip), and mail them to the address we provide. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for parcels lost in transit.
Exchange Process
We will process an exchange once we receive and inspect the returned item.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your desired size/color is out of stock, we will issue a store credit or refund to your original payment method, as you prefer.
We will ship the exchanged item to you at no additional shipping cost (within the same country).
Refund Process
If you request an refund within the given time frame, we will:
- Deduct the bank fee and return only the amount received via credit or debit card.
- If a dual payment was made, the payment will be refunded after it is received in the brand account.
Refund Timelines
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days after the confirmation of payment receipt.
